Hamad's Song (Gaza)

The group were formed early in the 1980's at Alva Academy, Clackmannanshire, Scotland by Brendan Bernard who was a Maths teacher at the school. The group comprised of both school pupils and teachers playing traditional Scottish country dance music.

This is the only known recording of the material they performed. The tracks were recorded in Dundee and involved taking a day off school to produce. Result!

A limited number of cassettes were made. How many remain is unknown.

The members of the group varied but those involved in this line-up were as follows:
