BS1 have turned the original into a deep and dark techno roller, removing the fun from the original and replacing it with some seriously sinister undertones. The Boys Noize Records regulars have really put their own spin on this one so download immediately.

When you're talking about techno, few names have been innovating and evolving as much as Robert Hood. When he's not running things over at M-Plant, he can be found touring the festival circuit with his live show and releasing tonnes of fresh new material.

Today we concentrate on his more melodic alias and under the name Floorplan, Hood has released a stunning album showcasing a slightly different yet equally strong sound.

A new EP is set to drop featuring two re-edits of tracks that appeared on his Floorplan album 'Paradise'. 'Phobia' and 'Never Grow Old' have been given a special Re-Plant and we have the premiere of the latter.

Agoria has turned in another huge edit before the year runs out and this time it's of Metronomy. We recently premiered the rolling house rework of 'I'm Aquarius' and now Agoria has worked his magic over 'Love Letters'.

This one has been smashed by the likes of Dixon, Joris Voorn and Gesaffelstein and it's easy to see why. With builds that keep on building and a dark feel from the off, this is another example of why we love Agoria so much.

Premiere: Metronomy 'Love Letters' (Agoria Remix)

It's been a while since Romboy dropped some new solo material but now he returns to his Systematic Recordings imprint for the fiery and chunky 'Elgur/Nasa' EP. 

With early support coming from Davide Squillace, James Zabiela, Laurent Garnier and Joris Voorn, it's clear to see the worldwide appeal that the German holds.

We have the first spin of A-side 'Elgur' and once again Romboy has presented a roller that acts as a workout as much as it does a piece of music. 

Thick basslines, a dark and heavy bass undercurrent and the sort of menacing drive you'd expect if Freddie Krueger was behind the wheel of a Ferrari. This is massive, glorious techno at it's best.

February may be the month of love but Louisahhh!!! and Maelstrom have once again delivered the darkness-drenched goods. We've got a premiere from their forthcoming 'Friction' EP on Bromance, which is due for release on February 23, and the mammoth five-tracker is possibly their best yet.

The title track is a pounding yet seductive track, one that drives from the off with glitchy energy. Drops roll into each other and the whole feel of the track is devilishly tough. Check it out below

The next PAS release comes via Mote-Evolver and it's three tracks of intergalactic techno sludge. It's dark, dingy and as industrial as a factory that makes robots designed to wipe out the human race.

We've got the premiere of 'Arc' and it's probably the gnarliest track on the EP. Both menacing and pulsating from the off, there's a wall of static in the background throughout and a breakneck pace that doesn't let up. Big.

Glass Figure are the newest additions to Gesaffelstein and The Hacker's Zone Records.

Joining the likes of Maelstrom, Jon Convex, Louisahhh!!! and Djedjotronic on the label, the five-year-old duo are about to release the 'States' EP before their debut album later in the year.

The thought of Om Unit and Sam Binga pairing up is pretty terrifying.

It wasn't too long ago we were treated to Om's rough and tumble 'Touching Down' on Metalheadz and Bristolian Binga's recently dropped the wicked 'Nuh Chat' EP on Critical Music. 

With the 'TransAtlantic' EP, a white label and Bancamp-only release, they've dished up four gritty rumblers that are guaranteed to rip up the dance.

Lucy's remix of B-sider Lintwurm is an escalating journey that uses soft synths and whispy crackles against thick kick drums and sharp claps. It's as beautiful as it is punishing and it's a track should be enjoyed in a dark room with some massive fucking speakers.

These boys are already revered for their parties and now they're flexing their prowess as label bosses.

The 'Teach Me' EP by The Two Mamarrachos features the vocal talents of Snem K and comes packed with a super-strong set of remixes. Damon Jee, Rodion and Reverso 68 have all turned in edits but it's the Factory Floor remix that caught our eye.

Their remix is an analogue-lover's dream, one that showcases thick, chunky riffs and that builds from the off. It's weird and wonderful and exactly the sort of high production values we'd expect from Factory Floor.

He returns to Dennis Ferrer's Objektivity imprint for 'Battery Park' and we've got a premiere of the title track. If you're EP is getting supported by the likes of Dixon, Âme, Dennis Ferrer, Tensnake, Adriatique and Hot Since 82 then you're doing something right.

The track is every DJ's dream. It features a killer groove, sharp yet melodic synths and builds that are going to have any crowd salivating for the drop. It's a wicked track and one you should check immediately.

Remember his vocal belter 'All My Trials'? That was his first on Andy C's label and he's followed it up with plenty more - 'Thorax' and 'The Calling'/'Freudian' to name a few - including his debut album 'Insidious' in 2013.

Aside from wild re-imagingings by Radio Slave and Aux 88, Belfast hotshot Ejeca has put an acid spin on 'Freak The Night' and we've got the first play.

It starts off subtly and lures you into a false sense of security before intense builds and rolling drops rear their head.

'Restored' will see artists such as Danny Daze, Popof, Joris Voorn, Harvard Bass and MonkeySafari all remix tracks from the original 'Restore' album by Marc Houle. We've heard the whole thing and trust us, it's fucking great.

Today however we have the premiere of M.A.N.D.Y's edit and the German duo have gone in hard with their re-imaginging. 'Business' has been turned into a dark and menacing roller, with mutant undertones and fierce zaps to boot. It's a trippy one and we're sure it'll hypnotise any crowd that hears it.
