Insomnia (Who You Are)

'Colours' is an original song composed and produced by Alvin Chio as part of the album 'The Untouchable Project'. Scenes for lyric video were shot in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.

In the midst of all the violence, pain and terrible things we see happening around the world, I wrote this song to remind myself that in spite of how hopelessly bad things may be, we must never let negativity blind us to the simple but beautiful things of life. Special thanks to Aaron Fong for hosting me to record at your place and Tan E-Reng for your guidance during the audio production of this song.
