Lonely Nights Anniversary Mix 3.5

Heyo! Back again with my annual mix that started it all! I really sat myself down and timed the amount of hours it took for me to finish this which came out to about 56 hours. 

Not much to be said other than thank you so much for listening! I went above and beyond curating my favorite songs of all time and fitting them into an insane 70 minute mix. Love you all so much!

Tbh at the start of the year I was pretty brokenhearted and in a dark place. I began taking mixing much more seriously as a way to distract myself and eventually started this series. With these mixes I’ve been able to express my feelings and emotions which rlly helped me cope and get over everything... now I’m finally able to close this chapter and move on to the next~ This journey has connected me with soo many amazing DJs and people so I just wanted to say thank you to all my listeners for the support!! <3

Got another concept mix for ya'll based on Wong Fu's video "The Last." Here I tried to break some barriers across genres by mixing in some of my old acoustic favorites with some feelsy future bass music presented where it's in context of each phase of the dialogue. Spent a lot of time on this so I really hope you enjoy! Share with your friends if you did :)

Well, I dug deep to capture the 3 emotions you experienced in the following days, weeks, months, or years:

ANGER — because they showed you that you weren’t good enough for them to stay.
SADNESS — because you started to BELIEVE that you weren’t good enough for them to stay.
HOPE — because despite how decisively things ended (closure or not), you still felt that they hadn’t.

It doesn’t matter if it was a 6 year relationship, 1 year relationship, or short fling — heartbreak is real and cannot be trivialized by a measure of time. Your emotions are valid. The fact that you became so invested shows that you’re a caring person who deserves more.

So if you miss someone who once meant (or still means) a lot to you, this mix is for you.

I hope you can heal. I like to think that they Got Away for a reason… which shows that perhaps they weren’t actually The One. Better people and experiences are on their way :)
