We Are The Animals

Always Press Record is a modern New Wave Band from Silverlake, Ca.  Drawn together by their obsessive love of playing music, this band has developed a unique rhythmic style based around 2 electric drummers and synthesizers.  Fronted by bassist and singer, Donato Luis McDermott,  their modern take on the new wave sound is infectious to the body and relevant  in the times.  
Their sound is reminiscent of groups as retro as A-ha and Berlin and as current as Phoenix and Twin Shadow
