"Energia cinetica" is an intense and engaging bass house electro track. The intro is characterized by a sampling of mechanical and industrial sounds, which slowly blend with a deep and pulsating bassline.
The first drop features a syncopated drum and an acidic synth that moves frenetically above the bassline, creating a feeling of movement and acceleration. During the drop, the track is enriched with additional percussive elements and robotic sound effects.
In the second break, the track opens up to a more airy and spatial atmosphere, thanks to ethereal pads and reverb effects. The tension gradually builds up until the second drop, where the drum comes back to the forefront and the acidic synth takes an even more important role, creating a cascade of sounds and effects that overlap on each other.

As we continue to celebrate diversity and inclusivity in music, "Black Melanin" stands out as a powerful techno track that pays homage to black beauties around the world.  "Black Melanin" is a pulsating and infectious tribute to the richness of black culture, with dark trance accents that add an electrifying edge to the groove.

James Young steps up for his first release on QRUK with the Nagasaki EP, a dark and driving UKG cut that leans into the moodier edges of Garage and Speedy G. The North Wales-based producer has already made waves with House releases on labels like Smashin Trax and Pogo House, but this new EP sees him pushing into heavier, more dancefloor-focused territory. Nagasaki is packed with chopped-up drums, eerie textures and a tough low-end that hits hard.

On remix duties is Kabo Cana, returning to the label after making a big impression with his debut I DON'T UNDERSTAND. His take on Nagasaki flips the original into a more club-ready, 90s inspired roller full of sub pressure and tight percussion. It's another strong showing from the Manchester-based producer who's quickly becoming an exciting name in the new wave of UKG.
