Sounds like some rad Atari ST stuff. Wait, is that the same chip? Ohhh...now it makes sense.

Hmmm.... It only seems to work correctly in the Gens emulator. Have not tested it out on hardware (don't have hardware :) When you play it in Fusion, it does not us H Blank, so only pure square tones are played. Regen doesn't even play sound. The sound is still not quite tuned right in Gens, but waaaay closer!

Only the 3 Tone channels of the PSG, but listen to the sound ;)
Just a quick test.. a Proof of concept... you have the ROM so you can verify it plays on the Genesis :) ahaha, it opens up interesting things to do considering we have the FM on top...
