I wrote this tune upon arriving at a bungalow in Montezuma, Costa Rica. I immediately plopped down into a hammock and felt the worries wash away... I wanted this song to be a reminder of that moment and in hopes that it would you would all feel the same level of relaxation when hearing it.

After my world turned down a couple years ago, I decided to rebuild myself from the inside out and get back to my roots.

Getting back to yoga was a crucial step in that.. I practiced a bit in college for the physical benefits however this time around, really felt the mental and spiritual benefits. 

I started writing this song, "Look Up", while living in Burlington, VT and got stuck at some point and just kind of put it to the side for awhile.

While on a yoga retreat in Costa Rica, this tune came back to my mind one morning while watching the sun rise over the ocean. I finished it and ended up performing it during savasana that day. That was my first yoga class performance and a very special moment to me..
