Passion and dedication are the aspects of any devoted artists regardless the sphere of interests. AMABHUNGU are consisting of three members (colleagues) Thembelani Mbheki a.k.a Terror, Tshepo Naapo a.ka. Nyamazane and Nsikelelo Ndlovu a.k.a Mashayabhuqe who are no stranger to the masses. The link of two renown cities has came out with an awesome results in music industry as to mention that AMABHUNGU are formed by two people the Durbanites and the J-sec, Thembelani Terror and Tshepo Tee Ass are representing Johannesburg, Ekurhuleni Kathlehong and Nsikelelo Mashayabhuqe is representing Durban, Mandeni. The trio had been fighting for survival in the music industry for a while; they all had short lived groups which gave them strength and courage to face up with music challenges. AMABHUNGU was born in spring year 2008 with the help of Tshepo  who reckoned it would be a better idea if these last men standing from their short lived bands come together to form one dazzling group. It has been a roller coaster, the pressure and the struggle to put things together like logistics and lack of finance. Becoming music moguls is one of their goals. They are doing House/Kwaito and Maskandihouse which makes their music interesting and unique. They have worked with the Legendary Babsy Mlangeni and appeared in the Malkop  album where they recorded these ex cons(Malkop) behind bars of Groenpont Prison. They shared stage with many artists like Winnie Khumalo, Kelly Khumalo, Shuggasmaxk of Skwatta Kamp, Pablo and 3sum to name the few. They've been on SABC1 Shift, Yo.TV Ziyakhipha for an interview and a promo. AMABHUNGU are gunning for big pie in this Industry, they aiming for great heights. They produce, song writing and compose.
