Barber, one of the great romantic composers of the 20th century, created a virtuoso work for violin and orchestra which has become a staple of the 20th century canon. The FSO brought it to the concert hall during its 2012-2013 season. The second movement is presented here.

"High vibration go on."
I chose to cover this Yes composition because it inspired me as a teen, but also because my improved studio needed a challenging tune for a maiden voyage.  The lyrics are abstract and the vocals are very much in the Jon Anderson high vibrational realm. As I understand, Anderson first thought of the song when he read about an ageless hymn, "A star song that is sung every now and again."  

Be advised this is just over sixteen and a half minutes of rather detailed audio. 

By the way, there is always an open invitation for Jon Anderson to replace my lead vocals on this.
