This song is probably the most important one I've done in a good while. Maybe ever? It marks the first time I've actually done a song fully centered around lead vocals, with a melody I wrote myself. I've been a fan of Kanata.N for a good good while, so having her sing and write lyrics for it was amazing. I mean c'mon man are you hearing her? she went crazy on the beat.

If you enjoy my sound with vocals on it, rest assured you will enjoy some of the next songs I have for this year. I'm very passionate about a lot of types of music and I hope I can bring all the different sounds and emotions under the same umbrella. Stay tuned!

Back at Asahi Crew with a doozy one! I was very able to meet Hylen in person last year, when he attended one of the shows I played in Tokyo. We are both fans of each other, so the thought of collabing came pretty naturally. As most of you are aware, I've barely collabed with people before (KAIFU being the big exception), so I'm excited that going forward I will be releasing a collection of tracks that I've been working on alongside some of my friends. Super excited for it!

This song was a blast to do, I really felt like neither of the two had any limits or any restraint when it came to the ideas we decided to present here. It feelt very liberating! but somehow I think it all comes together, and a banger emerged from it. I hope you guys like it!

When it comes to both artistic endeavors and friendships, I have similar views on both, despite these being two unrelated things. But they're really not. It's just two ways of conveying personal connection and communication within a culture, a time and space. One may be more personal and another may be more exposed, but when you reduce them down to the minimal exponent, it's just talking. That's all there is to it.

I think an extremely cool thing in life is when you have two friends, unrelated to each other, and you connect them, so they also form a friendship with each other. In these terms, my goal with this song, and with a lot of my music, is the act of mixing things together in hopes of creating a new common language indivisible from both, initially unrelated, concepts. Music, like any other language, cannot be born in a vacuum. It needs an environment and something to talk about. So, like my comparison to friendships, what I'm doing here is putting two guys in a room to see what they're talking about.
