I wrote this song during a time when I noticed I was saying "sorry" a lot when it wasn't necessary. I challenged myself to stop saying "sorry" all the time, and became hyperaware of how often I said it. I came up with this song one day when I was folding laundry and it's helped me realize I don't have to be sorry all the time. I feel many women have the unnecessary urge to constantly say sorry when they don't have to. The tone of this track is positive, upbeat, energetic, bold and confident. The mood and theme is all about championing female empowerment. I hope to inspire women to be confidence and stand up for themselves. Hope you enjoy it!
