At the core of Amaliel’s music stands songwriter and singer Poul Amaliel. Poul has a background in orchestral and choir music. He has toured all over Europe and USA with various bands. Poul gets his inspiration from the vast countryside and the cultur, also from Jeff Buckley, the Beatles and Radiohead. With all of this in his bag he has managed to create his own style that borders between rock, filmmusic, symfonik music and pop. Amaliel also consists of three fantastic musicians: Kevin Monie (Guitar), Søren Lund (Bas) and Morten Lyngsøe (Drums) who also write and arrange a whole lot of the music.
