If I’m going to pass this crap-life legacy on to my kids, I want to know how to stop it!          

Could it be that my strength is actually a block and because I deny my feelings (even to myself) I can’t process them in real-time?

You know... If there’s so much drama going on you don’t self-care, then you also don’t process your feelings, which then creates blockages and numbness and without feeling and forgiveness and processing, you can’t move on, you just keep repeating the pattern.

I think the key to my next growth step is “Feel It, Release it”
