Karter is a Cameroonian born DJ based in Zurich, Switzerland🇨🇭 and he is the latest DJ to add his selection to our #AmaHeat Mix Series! 

With a fresh sound, Karter takes inspiration from a wide variety of musical genres; sampling everything from African contemporary to urban music. His experience in trendy clubs and bars in the heart of Zurich and festivals (such as Afro Fashion Festival and Afro Summer Jam) makes The Sensei not only a respected stage personality but he is also considered as a pioneer of Amapiano music in his area.

Every Sunday at 17:00 – Paris (16:00 – London), Karter performs on Twitch at his weekly Sunday Healing Service, a stream dedicated mainly to the Amapiano & Afro House community.

Jerry Carter is a South African local DJ & Producer born in a small town in Limpopo(Modimolle). He is known in the Amapiano field as, Mr. Public School Piano, and has released 3 mixtapes on the website, Hearthis.at. 

He is also 1/3 of BabyFace Gorilla, which is a Trio of 3 boys from the same neighborhood, where they moved to Polokwane CBD, to further their music careers. The Trio is currently working on an EP that will drop soon.

Amaheat Mix Series: Olayemi

DJ Adej is a 19-year-old Nigerian DJ fresh on the Amapiano scene here in the UK. Adej mixes with a range of everyone's favorite artists: with a smooth blend of Amapiano legends such as Kabza De Small, Njelic, and vocalists like Sir Trill and Boohle. 

His deftness in mixing Amapiano is inspired by a love of Afrobeats and Deep House, influenced by his time spent in Lagos and London respectively. He recently dropped a trilogy of Amapiano mixes entitled "Piano Lesson", where he depicts his unique repertoire of the Yanos sound.

In the future, he hopes to collaborate with other Amapiano DJs and event organizers in London and across the UK and bring his unique style to a wider audience.
