Meo Culpa is a musician, DJ, visual artist, cultural event organizer, and a key member of the Hungarian underground scene who works with organic patterns, building his sets from ambient, jazz fused with folk and world music, manifesting in the tribal vibes. His performances often include elements of modern electronic sounds to create ethno techno / tribal house, complemented by live jew's harp playing. Doctor of law, post-Jungian psychotherapist, Label DJ for Altar Records (Canada) and sessional DJ for Radio Q37 with my spot 'Chilling In The Blissed-Out Groove Temple'. Ranked 7th chill DJ 2016 and 6th in 2017 in the Psybient.org annual poll.

Generally I prepare chill-out journeys engineered to appeal to any music lover that consciously engages with their sense of hearing. Any particular set may span pretty much any genre under the umbrella of 'chill out'; progressive, IDM, breaks, psydub, glitch hop, ambient, trance, dub step, house, bass - good music is good music. 

At a pinch I would say that I strive to bring the experience of a top notch house party to the outdoors. Sit back and reach into the sound or alternatively get up and embody the music - come as you are and enjoy some wonderfully produced, carefully selected, intelligent music that is prepared with love... and always purchased, never simply taken.

I have a sessional spot on RadioQ37 and am featured artist on Chromanova.de. I have played at numerous festivals including Rainbow Serpent, Regrowth, Yemaya Festival, Dragon Dreaming, and closed for the Desert Dwellers in Sydney in 2015.

I also hold a PhD in which I produced a theory of law based on one interpretation of quantum mechanics, and am currently writing a book that synthesises law, quantum mechanics, theories of human consciousness, tantra and the Jungian model of the psyche.
