... Sons and daughters who never quite felt settled in this world. Who never could enjoy it too much. Because they looked to another city whose Builder is God. The entirety of their satisfaction was completely outside of this world and in the person of Jesus Christ. They always drew near when He called. They never thought they were too close to Him. Or too far from this world.

This song is a medley of two songs, an oldie by Stuart Garrard and Martin Smith and a new tear jerker by Steffany Gretzinger. I was honored to put this together with my brother Kachi Ude (music production) and my friends Dewa Salau and Jariatu Jambai (vocals). We really pray that this song leads you to the God who is alive still. In all of His Majesty.

Meet Amarachi Ude, a Maryland-born musician whose journey is as remarkable as her music. Amarachi graduated with an engineering degree in 2020, after which she faced tough times amidst the pandemic and a rapidly changing world.
Her music stands as a testament to her personal journey of finding healing and hope for the future through her faith in her Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God. In her life and work, she passionately advocates for others to experience the same, in Christ. Her music goes beyond stirring emotions; it reaches deep into the core of listeners, leaving an enduring mark on their hearts.
Amarachi has collaborated with notable musicians like Chinonso Ude on the acclaimed 'The Passersby Project' in 2019, lending her voice to tracks like ‘Passersby’ with grace and power. She is also a producer within the Rapha Records Music production company.
Beyond the studio, Amarachi leads worship, using her voice to glorify God and inspire others. As a vocal coach, she is committed not only to refining her own vocal abilities but also to nurturing and guiding others to develop and improve theirs.
