An old track from 2010 that I made to test a soundfont that Sonic Retro member Andlabs made of the samples from Sonic CD's Palmtree Panic Past. 

I always enjoyed how this turned out. I should make more of these.

IIRC this VGM was also the reason why Tiddles asked me to port S&K PC Collection songs to the MegaDrive for Sonic 3 Complete.

Old tune I made from 2010--a theoretical attempt at making a proper credits tune for Sonic 1 that wasn't just a medley of the existing songs. This one turned out a little better and a little more accurate than my Sonic 2 concept (uses more of the established chord progression, instruments, etc) although it's a little less endearing.

I started using VOPM for this one, so it sounds a bit more feasible as a concept.
