Amber Jay’s delicate emotive vocals and innovative production toys between alternative and bedroom pop, weaving amongst dark unearthly concepts and heartfelt lyrics. Her debut EP 'Never Too Far from a Dark Thought' blends genres from the likes of electronica to alt-pop sounds to create her own atmospheric cinematic musical universe. Amber Jay has gained support from the likes of BBC Introducing Merseyside and Radio 1 along with tastemakers such as Earmilk, who named her debut EP 'golden' ​and music that will ​‘bounce around in your brain for days.’ While also securing major spots on Spotify Editorial playlists such as Salt, Fresh Finds: Pop and Rainbow UK, leading to Amber Jay’s EP gaining over 90,000 streams across all streaming platforms. The past six months has seen Amber hit the live circuit heavily, having supported Tik Tok superstar Michael Aldag, along with support slots with GIRLI and Georgia.
