“Every weekend the streets of Camden are bombarded by energetic cyclists. In large groups, they physically push themselves to their limits. A collision left rider, Michael Limbrey in Liverpool Hospital. Separated from his love of cycling, Michael now has the task of learning how to walk again.”

Walking with MS

Candice Graham was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis when she was 25-years-old. “There was so much shock and awe in the initial diagnosis,” says Candice. Support and information from the MS Australia Society helped Candice come to terms with her MS and “having volunteer advocates to say, ‘I’m working and I’m OK’, that was really comforting,” says Candice. “The MS that I have is relapsing remitting… I’ve been in remission for years, which is great,” described Candice. With her team ‘The Meanderers’, Candice is challenging herself each year in the Sydney MS Walk & Fun Run to raise awareness and funding for Multiple Sclerosis.
