Mei McIntosh aka "Missing Mei" - Host, Producer from the USA

Missing Mei is the founder of The Creative Sober, where creatives have an opportunity to connect with other like-minded people who are navigating sobriety, health, and spiritual awareness through highlighted stories, art, music, and creative expression.

Mei's recovery journey consists of being sober for four years and ten months and relapsing for 2 1/2 years before getting sober again on July 1, 2019. She was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Mei found her creative niche through her draw to the technical theater industry and eventually became a DJ. It didn't take long to establish a name for herself and submerged into the party life. She then stayed sober for almost five years before starting drinking again. That same year she lost her best friend to a sudden car accident, experienced two car accidents herself while wrestling with her mental health. It's been six years since she relapsed and came back to sobriety.

Mei's life now is dedicated to healing past traumas in her life, spiritual growth, and creating a safe space for community and connection through conscious intention guided by intuition and healing. You can find her podcasting on The Creative Sober, producing content, DJing when it feels good, and being a dog-mom, step-mom, and wife.

She believes that the opposite of addiction is connection. ✨

W&DY Amsterdam-based DJ/Producer loves to take you in her journey. A joyful ride with wonderful flows within the genres of deep organic, progressive techno. W&DY is part of Movement Bookings (GR) with talented artists such as Alex O'Rion, Kamilo Sanclemente, LORRAÎNNE, Paul Anthonee, Shrii, Tash and many more gifted producers. 
 
In 2011, she released her first release “Voices Of Patton” featuring Stage by H & Tash, from whom she learned to produce, and that release went straight into Hernan Cattaneo's charts. This resulted in great bookings, especially in Greece, to later share the booth with Guy J, Pole Folder, Matias Chilano, Dimitri & Clay van Dijk. In the Netherlands she played in Paradiso, Club NL, RLGC, Panama & many Prides. At our southern neighbors in clubs such as La Rocca & Café d'Anvers, around Europe and in her beloved motherland Indonesia. W&DY started to play at ADE since 2012 and still counting..
 
W&DY has evolved into a talented but above all passionate Organic House, Deep Tech and Progressive Techno DJ. To get the crowd into the right mood or to close an event and top it off – always with melodic love. Close your eyes and surround yourself with feelgood melodies and dirty basslines.

From the bustling streets of Toronto, Amber Long makes waves with her signature sound. Supported by top-tier artists and blessed with a voice that soothes souls near and far, she has charmed audiences across countries such as Australia, the USA, the UK, the Netherlands, Greece, Spain, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Jamaica, and her throughout her homeland, Canada. She's smashed through the glass ceiling with her music and collaborations, which have been signed to multiple prestigious labels. 

Amber's passion for spinning is not limited just there; not only does she travel everywhere but also runs an independent label Modern Agenda - an independent label home to producers who are being championed for their work in Progressive House, Techno and Melodic Techno, primarily.  

Amber launched the LIA Series in 2021, a series of guest mixes highlighting up-and-coming female and female-representing artists from around the globe. Amber has also been hosting Frisky Radio's Rogue Radio Show since 2017 and has been involved with The Canadian Juno Awards for many years now.  

With music coursing through every vein of hers; it's easy to see why Amber believes in its power to heal us all.

Wow, hadn't realised what a journey SoundCloud would take me on.  After many years of passive listening to music I've dieted on a variety of tastes. My appetite for new sounds is undiminished and SC provides plenty of food. I am not a musician and have only recently started to listen positively to the sounds. My early years began listening to music from ABC, The Beatles, The Carpenters Dire Straits Eagles Fleetwood Mac Genesis Elton John Led Zeppelin Gilbert O'Sullivan Rod Stewart Supertramp Tangerine Dream Vangelis The Who and many more.
If you can't spot a trend in my current likes it may be because it is diverse. I love listening to all my playlists which contain tracks that I like and if you like any of the music you must thank the artists not me.
