We're stationed in the beautiful country of Serbia, and the home of, quite possibly, this scenes brightest and hottest new talent. At a remarkably young age of 24, our artist today has not only made an imprint on clubbers with his sound and skills, its an imprint so good you would be foolish not to get onboard with. Hobin Rude is a 24 year old Serbian Progressive House DJ/Producer based in Belgrade. He is seamlessly searching for deeper meaning through music, rooted in rhythm and gently carried forward by deep sonic patterns.

As an embodiment of passion and dedication, Hobin has managed to gain an impressive foothold in the global progressive scene within  a short space of time.

He has succeeded in signing and releasing tracks with our scene's more prestigious and well known record labels, such as The Soundgarden, Plattenbank, Mango Alley, Hoomidaas, Beat Boutique, Movement Recordings, Sound Avenue, Manual, onedotsixtwo and so on. In doing so, Hobin's music has been played by the worlds biggest artists like Cattaneo, Warren, Kleijn, Tenaglia, Mantzur, Armen Mirren, Nora En Pure, Nicolas Rada & DJ Ruby just to name a few!

"Serbian DJane who redefined progressive house." - Cacao Beach Club Management (2010)

Behind N-tchbl stands Marija Nikolić, born and raised in southeastern Serbia. War and politics colored atmosphere of '90s in her country almost naturally led her to growing fond of moody sounds of Pink Floyd, Joy Division, Radiohead, Depeche Mode, Nirvana, The Cure... music that has left a deep scar in her refined and unique musical taste that shows no less of its presence even in her today's sound.

At the beginning of 00's names like Deep Dish, Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, Nick Warren, Sasha, Dave Seaman and other prolific artists of that time led her to a crucial cognition - progressive house with a distinct bass line and sublime emotion, knitted with melodies colouring the background was the sound that suits her the most. Progressive house was something she wanted to live and love.

In 2008th the diversity and uniqueness of music she compiled in her sets became recognized by one of the leading booking agencies from Belgrade. Soon every Serbian major club wanted to book her as an uprising DJ star, that led to her numerous appearances in major Serbian venues in the next couple of years. One good thing led to another and easily she became the first Serbian female progressive house DJ to gain international attention, receiving booking inquiries from all around the globe: Bulgaria's Cacao Beach festival, Sofia's Escape club (listed in Top 10 clubs of DJ Mag), Egypt, Lebanon, Ministry of sound of India, Canada's Stereo Montreal, to name just a few. Playing as a headliner and support act of many famous DJs in highly respected venues and festivals in Serbia and across the region made her unique music style admired by many fans from around the globe. Her sets were broadcasted on all of the major worldwide radio stations, and after a dozen of guest mixes on her all-time-favourite friskyRadio, including respectful “Artist Of The Week” show, her last dream came true – in March 2011th she became a part of friskyRadio roster!

Her monthly show "Subliminal" gained support from many iconic progressive house artists: Moshic, Kintar, Kliment, Oliver Morgenroth, Matteo Monero, CJ Art and many other doing guestmix appearances on her show. "Subliminal" on friskyRadio brought her the opportunity to present the whole new side of deep, dark, sublime side of progressive house. Every month on 3rd Mondays she delivers fresh stories by compiling distinct, peculiar melodies with both emotional and wicked, rock solid tunes, doing it all the female way. As a sign of uniqueness, she often brings traditional and oriental sounds, vocals and instruments into her sets to stay in touch with her roots, something that easily stands out from the rest of the DJs so you know It's N-tchbl when you bump into her sets, and no one else does it this way. Exactly that kind of sound made her famous among underground progressive crowds around the globe and years after, she's still resisting to fall under the influence of new musical trends, devoted to not let that unique sound of progressive house ever be forgotten.

After almost a decade of break, she's back to live appearances in her country, warmed up and closed the parties with legends like Sebastien Leger, Sebastien Busto and uprising superstar DJ Ruby and soon she might hit your neighborhood too so keep in touch with her schedule.

We are delighted to welcome another great DJ and Music Producer @djalainpauwels 
Alain is a progressive house deejay/producer based near Antwerp, Belgium. Led by a profound love for progressive house music, surrounded by passionate professionals, practitioners and a supportive progressive house family, Alain Pauwels has been driven to share his passion of mixing sublime tracks and to bring joy across all boundaries.
Inspired by amazing deejays and producers such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J, Marcelo Vasami, Graziano Raffa and many more artists from the Sudbeat, The Soundgarden, Lost & Found family and other well-respected labels, Alain has been encouraged on his mixing and sound creation and started sharing his mixes under the PROGRESSIVA concept on Soundcloud.

His dedication to provide uplifting progressive house mixing, with an occasional flavor of deep house, organic house and melodic techno, has eventually been recognized in November 2018 by respected deejays in the Amsterdam progressive house scene which got him in touch with the Proton Radio station. This resulted vastly in clinching his spot in the Proton Radio resident DJ-team hosting his own monthly PROGRESSIVA show which started in March 2019, inviting international dj’s/producers. Apart from the Proton radio show, he is also performing monthly on the Belgian internet radio station XBEAT.

He started to play gigs in June 2019 at private progressive house parties. Alain has been performing as from then frequently at Club NL, an Amsterdam club icon and “must go” during Amsterdam Dance Event. He became resident at the Connecting Souls nights organized by the much-respected Dutch DJ Clay van Dijk. In 2022, post corona, he already shared the decks with Hermanez, Eran Aviner, Madloch, Lost Desert, Kasper Koman and many more is to come.
As from October 2019 Alain has started producing with French producer Arnold Toutain, which resulted in first release “Ginger Mercury”, available on Nature Rec, being played straight away by Hernan Cattaneo on the Resident show end November 2019. Each release thereafter has been supported by El Maestro and many other well respected artists in the community. Since 2020 releases are available on Nature Rec and as from October 2021 also on Future Avenue and Musique de Lune Records. New release upcoming in Feb 2023 on 3rd Avenue.

Amber's passion for spinning is not limited just there; not only does she travel everywhere but also runs an independent label Modern Agenda - an independent label home to producers who are being championed for their work in Progressive House, Techno and Melodic Techno, primarily.  

Amber launched the LIA Series in 2021, a series of guest mixes highlighting up-and-coming female and female-representing artists from around the globe. Amber has also been hosting Frisky Radio's Rogue Radio Show since 2017 and has been involved with The Canadian Juno Awards for many years now.  

With music coursing through every vein of hers; it's easy to see why Amber believes in its power to heal us all.
