The idea I had in my head when I made this song was that beauty is all around us, in people and in nature. There are sound recordings used that were recorded in The Netherlands (Breda) and in Spain (Valencia). 

This is the final (full) version which includes percussion (thanks to Femke Krone) and guitars (thanks to Koen Donker). Enjoy!

Beauty Everywhere (full version)

This is part of a track I made for a short movie about the HAKA-building in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. It describes what the future might be like in this building.

Golden oldie :-) Based on a dialogue from a movie as a starting-point for the song. Later on in the song the atmosphere changes to a more loose structure.

Good to see you

Long composition made for the Love Poetry video (by Mieke van der Poll). The music is made in a period of around 9 months covering all sorts of emotions I was having during that time.

Love Is

My longest ambient track to date. Made it in 1997 and it contains several sections which describe different emotions or states, like thrill, fear, comfort and meditation.

Interesting detail: the on-line record label who gave me a contract back then, wanted to cut out several minutes of this song, starting at 12:30, because there were some ticks in the audio.... These 'ticks' evolve during the song and are part of the music ;-)

A movie was the inspiration for this song from 1998. “What about the forrest?”

Inspired by Brian Eno’s album ‘Ambient 4: On Land’. Idea was that the listener gets the feeling to be walking around in a strange, unknown, but beautiful place. Made this around 1998.
