hello Soundcloud, this is technically my first post in this series so I'm not sure what to expect. I am posting this song as a marker to remind the world that this exists and that it resonated very clearly at parts (that's probably how clarity works). Talking with someone loved on the phone this evening we discussed that eating too much chocolate is as much about the regret afterwards as it is about the sweet imaginings leading up to the event. Accepting that regret is part of learning to see the whole package - ideally done before making a mistake. Wonder if regret is just a natural outcome of being alive until you learn the process of acceptance.
