Why Cosplay?

I've always wanted to do a track about the tragedy of Darth Vader, but from a first-person's POV. So, I put myself in his shoes and decided to tell the story of Darth Vader from his own eyes!

Ambush Vin is a Sci-Fi Hip-Hop Artist from Gary, Indiana. 

As a child, Vin was a poet, writer, and avid Science Fiction fan who fell in love with Hip-Hop at a young age. Taking his inspiration from artists such as Big Daddy Kane. Tech N9ne, and D12's Bizarre, he aspires to bring his brand of eccentric lyricism to the forefront of Hip-Hop. 

Vin's mission is to prove that Hip-Hop is an adaptive art form that can be mastered by emcees from every culture. Drawing from his love of Star Wars, he created Darth Prefectus, the original Star Wars-based song and music video that turned The Force into an urban symphony. 

This track led to his first Fandom-themed Hip-Hop album SciFiMusic, a comic book, and a novel based on the original concepts and characters from SciFiMusic. Together, this content became the foundation for his Sci-Fi Music: League of Multiverses Canon

Continuing to separate himself from his artistic peers, Vin created the Sci-Fi Music: League of Multiverses fandom. All of his content, including his music, connect to tell the stories and events of the Sci-Fi Music multiverse. His vision of creating a subculture based on his Hip-Hop and Sci-Fi roots began, as he transformed himself into the protagonist of the story: Ambush Vin - Cosmic Enforcer!
