Addon, famously known as Don Picasso, is originally from St. Petersburg, FL, and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. Don Picasso's love for painting and drawing influenced his dj name, and has been on the decks for the past 9 years. He states his biggest musical influences are attributed to Joe Kay and Soulection Radio, which has inspired him to create his own musical series - Sundayz. My first encounter with Peart began when I came across his Beyoncé - MINE blend (fire af btw) and the rest is history. It’s been a treat to follow his music journey and witness the waves he’s making in London. Here are a few words from the man himself: 

Always been a curious creative kid who loved music, so the next step for me was to find a way to combine both characteristics of myself into an outlet. Creating mixes and later DJ’ing live was the answer.

on march 14, 2024, i made the decision to start my own radio show. it was an idea that i had for a while which went through multiple changes before actually existing, including changing the idea to being a podcast, doing only live events with no radio mixes, and almost scrapping the idea completely.

on march 15, 2024, a day late that i initially intended, i uploaded the first culdesac mix onto this channel (https://soundcloud.com/ontheculdesac/episode1). now we are one year deep and we've had some amazing guest DJs on, we've done 3 live events, and have our own mixtape series with some of our favorite artists.
