As a survivor, I can say — yes, MK Ultra was and still is a global network.
LSD was first tied to experiments in Germany — scientists like Kuhn were part of those early programs.
What most people don’t realize is how deep it goes: through politics, media, religion, and even humanitarian systems.
It’s not just history — it’s a structure that learned to hide in plain sight, feeding on silence and trust.
