snare society: Secret Santa is a multi-week long event hosted in our discord server. members signup to take part, then get split into teams of 2, everyone being paired with partners at complete random, neither teams knowing who gets who. Team 1 is tasked with creating a sample pack within the span of a week, while Team 2 has 2 days to make whatever they want with the provided sample pack. we ended up with 30 FREAKING EPIC TRACKS that range in genres and styles.

with this comp we also tried out something new, that being a cover art challenge, where everyone was given 2 days (during the song creation period) to create their very own cover art to be used for the cover art, those submissions then being voted on by fellow snare citizens to decide on a winner. (there were only 5 submissions this time around LOL)
