Following a standout debut release and subsequent inductee status, PRESCIA returns to Unbeyond Anthologies for their new A/B “forget everything / CHARACTERS”.

Carrying on with the familiar acoustic-tinged singer/songwriter influence that was heard on “wideEyed”, this new A/B takes things in an even more experimental direction. Between the eccentric vocal chopping on the halftime banger “forget everything”, and the ethereal washes of guitar on “CHARACTERS”, PRESCIA continues to push the envelope in bass music on this double single.

“For my newest AB, I wanted to play around and mesh different genres to the point where the tracks feel like a ‘sound collage’ in a way. For both songs I experiment heavily with sampling, song structure, and vocal mixing.” said PRESCIA. “Producing each track, even though there’s a lot going on in CHARACTERS and forget everything, still felt organic and natural. I never felt like I was forcing a new direction, each section feels needed in the tunes.”

“I never see myself settling on a specific genre when it comes to my music. CHARACTERS and forget everything are great examples of the way I experiment with different genres.”
