পাপিয়া...অমা এ বলে কি??

Broadly, my research interests lie at the intersection of Information Management and Software Engineering. The goal of my research is to improve the state of art in serving information needs of knowledge workers. In my recent endeavors, I have developed methods and tools that help drive knowledge reuse across software services engagements. I have investigated on problems such as contextual and semantic search, information extraction from enterprise documents and diagrams, Quality of Service (QoS) in web service compositions etc. My work has been deployed by several large practices at IBM Global Business Services and has been adopted as features in IBM Software Group products. Also, I take a keen interest in emerging areas such as Case Management, Business Process Management (BPM) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). I graduated from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi at the top of the class, where I was awarded the prestigious Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma (Former President of India) Gold Medal for all-round excellence.
