TPS 016 - TRINIDAD SOUNDS - Vol 2.

Another  mix we found in the archives, so if you not got your ears into this before then nows the time to give it a wirl, we were inspired to press record on this set a while ago, maybe around 2001 ? this time shinning light outside of the tropical spectrum with some unusual weirdness and electronic sounds on vintage vinyl which we came across in our travels, mainly 1960s and 70s recordings from a span of many places, thought it was something that at the time was not so popular amongst selectors/collectors so was worth exploring and exposing this left field music that gather dust, best served LOUD !

This is an old archived mix you might have heard before ? and was the first in the 2 mixtape sets we put together focusing on vintage Haitian recordings from 1960s- 1980s, so you just got lucky as we just got the MP3 file from the archives recently,  so if you never got your ears and feet into these sounds the first time around,  then its time to play it LOUD and please share.

In 2011 Warwick released a successful art exhibit with 10 beautiful paintings(acrylic on canvas)which focused on just a few of the legends of the past who have inspired the dancefloor at the Turning Point session and beyond.
