"I finally met Steve Darko in person at NAMM, south of Los Angeles, this past January while playing a set for my friends at Roland Instruments. It felt like an eternity as we've been emailing and talking on facebook without any "real" face to face interaction. He's on the opposite end of the country in Boston coding his fingers to the bone at iZotope (No: He cannot provide free copies of Ozone 8) so I guess that explains why his tunes sound so damn good. The guy must eat and breath music 24/7... Not a bad thing! I found him to be as friendly as he is funny as he is talented.
