Back in the day, legendary radio personality David Haines used to scream this every Friday morning on the Donnie Simpson show on 95.5 WPGC in Washington DC. I've been trying to get ahold of it for over a year now, and finally found an old WPGC recording on Soundcloud from 1995 with an isolated clip of it, so I cropped it out. Makes me laugh every time.
