Peer Suleman was a Islamic Peer from Iran who was taken to India to help the mughals. 
When he passed away he was given a 1000 year sentence from Dharam Raj, for using his powers to make money and was sent to live as a Ghost on Earth.

He was told that 1000 years from the time, he would meet a saint of Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj, Sant Ishar Singh, Rara Sahib Walay and he would grant Suleman he's re-birth.
This interview was conducted in Rara Sahib, By Balwant Singh Daheley of at the time Nairobi / Dar Es Salam, who moved to the UK and was a life long sangi of Sant Maharaj Ji.

ਰੂਹਾਨੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਦਾ ਪੱਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਹਿਬੇ ਨੂਰ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ। ਇਹ ਪੱਤਰ ੧੭੦੫ ਈਸਵੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਗਲ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਔਰੰਗਜੇਬ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਓੁਪਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਣ ਕੀਤਾ।
This was a spiritual victory letter sent by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji in 1705 to the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb and declared the victory on him.
