Sun and Snow

I really like the simplest creative solutions. When you can just grab something and create on-a-go. Found today a very fun to play with free online tool scribble.audio. It seems it doesn't really record what you create there, but with an additional free online tool called Apowersoft I managed to record a few sessions. 

Of course - the most interesting improvisation, the first one, was made while I wasn't aware that scribble.audio doesn't really record what you do... But a few recorded improvisations later, I think I managed to create something that's worth sharing, in it's free, funny, unedited lo-fi form. I love all these low quality sounds, the artifacts of the low-fi recording as well. Haha. :) 

Well, so that's the story! Hope you'll enjoy the quirky little tune! 

I may create some more, maybe. I will see. :D It is pretty basic, though. Haha. Cheers!

Artifact Blips (shimmer)

Here's a continuation of me having fun with the scribble.audio free online tool. Really playing with this gives me lots of joy, hahah. 

As I'm not into making serious music too much, at least currently (that thing might change soon, though), I'm having lots of fun with this easy-go instrument. ;) And the lo-fi sound (along with the blipping artifacts) has lots of charm, imo. 

Accidental music? I try to harmonise!  :D Maybe you'll find it cute!

Ok, I think I'm slowly getting tired of this, but it was fun. NO, I will not create a seperate Soundcloud account dedicated to such blip-creations. ;D But maybe sometimes I will be getting back to this scribble.audio free online instrument. It's really fun to play with, you paint sound-balls on the screen with your mouse and they get looped. It's THAT easy!! Really mood-uplifter in a way.

And that's how it is. The more you follow, the more it gets impossible to know what's new in your circles. Sure i can create a "list" of those who i want to check more often if they uploaded something new... but really? I can only hope that soundcloud will one day change something in their engine so at least a kind of checkbox for "Include Reposts" in your own personal Stream will be available. And what a difference it would make! 

But now the life of a decent soundclouder whose main interest is in the creations of people he actually follows.. is hard. But at least through that hardship you can develop... Hello! I had an idea recently to grab some royalty-free loops from the looperman.com page and make my own track entirely out of loops only. (with lots of editing) 

It is something i used to do as a teenager when making my first composing attempts and purely out of fun. So it's totally like playing with lego pieces. And here you have a crazy construction attempt! Hope you enjoy it!

Uneasy Dreams of a Random-Drum Generator

Sometimes i try to make a track on a go, fully improvised, pressing record button and recording every layer after another for the whole lenght. This is one of those attempts, nothing too big, and probably a little messy, but with a certain quality that i think makes it worth sharing. 
So: Headphones recommended! As well as closing your eyes! Along with clearing your mind from every thought and simply trying to focus on the stream and where it takes you. Hope you enjoy this meditative ambient experiment. :) Cheers!

Hiya! I've just recently had to translate my love for the Art of Urban Cycling - which i do practice frequently... i mean the peaceful rides on sometimes crowded streets.. (not having extreme sports on my mind here) So i just had to translate it into this little wicked song, apparently! 

Edit: It may be work in progress, i'm still not sure if i will shape this experiment into something more or less different. 
But i have definitely overlistened these sIcK vIbEs so far, so i need a break. :)

Once you start following them, you quickly realise that you will never be able to see all their latest uploads... you will never be on time..... because of the badly implemented repost system that floods everyone on a daily basis......... Well, that's one thing that clearly went wrong with this otherwise wonderful place. And it's been like that for more than 10 years, can you imagine... But fret not - there are at least some Chrome third-party extensions that can give you a (clumsy) way of segregating the "noise" out. To actually be in touch with what's new from your favourite creators. :P You'd think - that's the most basic thing Soundcloud should be able to give you...........
