Amon whose real name is Chris Pardie was born on 11 August 1985 is a Reggae singer from Prampram Ghana, West of Africa. The oldest among 6 siblings and raised by late grandmother. Amon attended New Hope School and later went on to graduate from Ghana National College, then later studied Accounting at the Institute Of Professional Studies now University Of Professional Studies.

During high school years he discovered his singing talent when the school organised an inter-house variety show where he represented his house and got the second place position for his house.
With his sweet mind blogging voice he performed at every show organised by the school.
He joined a rap group called ruff soldiers as a singer after high school in 2004 and performed at various high school shows.
He later went solo after a year with the group and recorded his first Rnb single "Lonely"
Amon happens to live in d same neighborhood with known Ghanaian Rnb act Chico Dawuni, a cousin to Rocky Dawuni. Amon visits Chico at his home everytime to listen to some of his new recorded songs and also to rehearse with him.

In 2012 Amon fell in love with the reggae and dancehall genre when he got featured in a reggae song in a small studio in his hood. And after that he released his version of the Heart and Soul Riddim "Cant you see"
Ever since he has been jumping on Jamaican produced riddims. It was one of his studio sessions when he met known Ghanaian producer Sammie Blacc who later decided to help him by producing couple of riddims for him.

Amon released his first and official video of Emotion in 2014 directed and produced by Sammie Blacc.
His hard work inside studio got him working on songs with Africa known acts such as Edem and Juliet Ibrahim.
Amon loves to hang around the ocean where he gets his vibes from. He loves video games and playing basketball.

Amon is yet to release another hit melody "My Lover" on the Tropical Escape Riddim which he shot a studio session video for it and released online few months ago.
