“Higher Now” is a very personal track for me. I wrote it about that strange moment when you finally reach the place you’ve been climbing toward for so long the goal everyone told you to chase, the peak that was supposed to make you happy and yet, when you get there, it feels… empty.

For a long time I followed the path others pointed me to. I pushed myself higher and higher because I thought that’s what I had to do. And yes, I made it. I’m higher now. But standing at the top, I realized something important: achieving what others expect from you doesn’t always bring joy.

This song is about that realization about looking around, feeling proud of how far you’ve come, but also understanding that true happiness starts only when you begin choosing your own direction. Not someone else’s dream. Not someone else’s definition of success.

“Higher Now” is my reminder to myself, and to anyone listening: rise for yourself. Follow your own light. Even if the world tells you to climb a different mountain.

The OstromL feat. Aelina project invites the listener into a sonic world where modern European melodic house meets deep emotional storytelling. Aelina’s ethereal, crystalline female vocals blend seamlessly with OstromL’s cinematic, atmospheric production style, creating a timeless sound that feels both club-ready and soul-touching.

Warm analog basslines, pulsating sidechained pads, choir-like vocal layers and film-inspired melodic themes form the backbone of the record. The entire album carries the feeling of a late-night drive, a sunrise festival moment, and a deeply personal inner journey all at once. Aelina’s voice floats effortlessly through the space — sometimes delicate, sometimes powerful — always guiding the listener with emotional clarity.

Musically, the album moves between melodic progressive house, melodic techno, and indie dance, focusing on atmosphere, emotional build-ups, and cinematic groove. The lyrics — created together by you and me — each tell their own story about healing, connection, inner strength, and those rare moments when the music takes full control.

This album is a journey: deep, euphoric, dreamlike, and intensely personal. It feels like the final half hour of a sunrise closing set — when everything finally falls into place.
