This release bridges generations of house music with three distinct versions that honour the sound’s roots while keeping it alive for today’s dancefloors.

The EP opens with Eddie Amador’s ‘Spiritual Thang’ remix, a deep and hypnotic rework built around a driving groove and his iconic spoken-word mantra: “Not everyone understands house music..”. Its warm bassline and soulful layers create a transcendent club moment, full of energy and emotion.

Amador’s ‘Body and Soul Thang’ remix takes a rawer approach, built on a distorted bassline and electrifying piano hooks. This version carries a grittier, late-night spirit; a full-body track designed for peak hours and packed floors.

The third version, DJ Pierre feat. Kathy Brown’s ‘Original Old Skool Chicago Mix’, transports listeners straight to the origins of house.
