In the first of this series, Kathy Thompson (Reed College) invites Annie Duong to share her story on getting into engineering. Annie is a Senior Design Manager at Ampere, and she speaks on how to push one another to achieve your best, encouraging psychological safety at work, creating a post-gender culture, and what she thinks about during her long-distance runs.

Something special happened at Ampere when our interns took over the studio to interview their mentors! In this episode, Tony Faubert (UWashington) invites Jon Perry to chat about his origin story into engineering and CPU design.
