i've traveled many miles, traversed peaks and valleys,

i remember, a frog in the pool, of a neighbor, we swam with it, it died later,
this was when i was young, living in the trailers, after the apartments where the kid scratched my face,
i must have been four or five, it's hard to really place,
i remember my birth father in his truck, come to pick me up,
i had to leave my comfort, and yet still there i am stuck cold,

That said, I recorded this outside in my parents backyard without a mic, sorry to you and Ketone for that. This is a rough draft, with no editing, but I'm not sure a completed song is something I want to do with this one.

My father died recently, and I have huddled inside myself, while writing a lot about the experience. I will share more of these thoughts and feelings and memories when I can better rationalize and organize them. I'm sorry to everyone, for being withdrawn and unproductive. I'm trying to get out of this pit as quickly and safely as possible, to be who I need to be.
