Quinze ans après, Zenzile et High Tone remettent enfin le couvert pour le très attendu Zentone Chapter 2 ! Les deux groupes de dub les plus mythiques de l’Hexagone relèvent une seconde fois le défi et nous offrent un album prévu co-produit par Jarring Effects et Black Dub.

Une rencontre au sommet qui ravira tous les amateurs de dub, puisque ce n’est pas un, mais bien deux volumes qui entrent dans les bacs: un CD ambiance shanti qui regroupe les 10 mix version Zenzile et le double vinyle, conçu pour les sound system avec 12 mix version High Tone (quatre titres, leur version instrumentale et un troisième mix à la structure encore plus dub).

🇫🇷 Ayant rejoint le Collectif SoundRising à ses balbutiements et étant partie prenante du Label depuis sa genèse, c’est enfin le retour du producteur Low-K sur SoundRising Records, avec son tout nouvel EP Say No More en featuring avec le MC et ami de longue date : Bobby Surround. 

Après avoir mené de front plusieurs projets - on nommera entre autres Diztone, sa composition en duo avec Victor Newman -, il aura fallu 7 ans à Low-K (en fait, depuis sa dernière sortie sur SoundRising) pour revenir sur le devant de la scène avec un EP bien revigorant comme on les aime chez SoundRising. Amateur.trice.s de Drum&Bass, on ne saurait que trop vous conseiller d’aller vous délecter de ce nectar composé de trois morceaux puissants, oscillant entre dark rollers et ambiances atmosphériques, empruntant volontiers des rythmiques au hip- hop et regorgeant des basses grognantes. Bref, un must have à ajouter dans toute collection de bass music addict.

Amplifyah Music label from Zagreb presents a special release! Steppers-style riddim, Balkan traditional melodies, and three female vocals!
Dr.obi stands behind the riddim enriched by an original bass line created and played by Sacher (Haustor), while Anja G, Roo T & Sistah Tena take on a modern twist on harmonies of the traditional chant. The chant "Oj Dodole" was performed, alongside many others, in moments of summer droughts, when young women dressed in leaves and branches would go around the village houses singing and dancing to summon rain. Dr.obi, Anja G, Roo T & Sistah Tena perform as a live dub & reggae act bringing rough riddims with heavy bass lines powered by three female vocals which makes them unique worldwide.
The single "Oj, Dodole" is their first collaborative release. 
Srđan Sacher, one of the most known Croatian bassists, showed great support to the underground scene by recognizing the originality of the project and recording the bass line for the release.
