We're delighted to welcome https://soundcloud.com/ampur on Contre Jour. The producer, DJ and sound designer based in Montpellier claims influences ranging from Flume to Ivy Lab. "Basement" is a quite dark track designed for clubs, somewhere between bass music and grime, that evokes introspection picturing a man taking refuge in a basement.

CABALE
DJ and Producer, always in the imagination, halfway between
worlds. If its name is esoteric, its expression translates
in machinery.
He made his big leap as a DJ in Shanghai. While skimming the
Chinese coast, from B2B in shopping center basements to
festivals perched in a pagoda, he is a resident of Deep Roll Suzhou
for two years.
Bathing in this underground scene will always feed this spirit
experimental and rebellious.
On his return to France, he brings back in his luggage this energy
to join the Montpellier scene, and becomes a resident
of the Pinata Radio.
Following a first appearance on a VA of Sengiley Records, his
first EP Running Out (Les Disques du Lobby) released in June 2023
is accompanied by a live project. Since then, he roams the places friends of
his overheated deconstructed station wagons, which will guide him, among other things, from
Rinse France to the Macadam of Nantes.
Through its semi-analog cockpit, it explores the energies
syncopations revolving around ghetto tech, acid and
jungle.

Medipack takes the listener on a relaxing ride to one's inner center. It's the first part of the two-track EP with the same name, which is about providing the perfect soundtrack for mental healing. 
As typical for Green Piccolo, the artist with Phonk origins uses of deep sub-basses underpinned by bright, luminous elements, giving an almost divine vibration.
Unlike the usual  lofi artists, Green Piccolo also manages to break up the standardized arrangement patterns of part and hook by creating an exciting dramaturgy with phases for rest and a disbursing climax, which is normally known from classical or electronic music. Medipack is an absolute must, for all who want to pause their head and everyday stress for 2:48min.

He made his debut in Shanghai, where he’s been resident DJ for 2

PREMIERE: CABALE - I Always Thought You'd Stay [Mycelium Shroom Syndicate]

Comme les humains, les étoiles naissent, grandissent et meurent. Leurs berceaux sont d’immenses nuages froids de gaz et de poussière que l'on appelle des nébuleuses . La plus célèbre d’entre elles est la nébuleuse d’Orion, qui est visible à l’œil nu.

A mesure quils rétrécissent, les nuages se divisent en protoétoiles. Chaque protoétoile devient alors si chaude et si dense que des réactions nucléaires se déclenchent. Lorsque la température atteint 10 millions de degrés, la protoétoile devient une nouvelle étoile.
