The First Place at Nachle Deewane 2023 was DRP's 5th consecutive win at that competition (2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023).

This mix holds a special place in my heart because this is my first ever full team mix and I couldn't be happier to have made it for none other than the one and only, DRP! But more importantly, I got the chance to dance to it with my fav people so I'm glad I got to fulfill a lifelong dream of mine.

Making DRP's mix meant carrying a lot of responsibility on my shoulders, especially as a new mixer, because the dj's that have made previous DRP mixes are some of the greats in the circuit so I'm really proud that I was able to live up to the expectation.

In 1993 a group of like minded DJ's got together and opened the first ever Asian weekly club night in London called Bombay Jungle, offering Hip Hop R n B and BHANGRA, yes bhangra in London and weekly. This mix is the first part of our Bombay Jungle 20th anniversary tribute. Its especially dedicated to those 1000's that came through the doors of Bombay Jungle, later to be called Hot n Spicy. The mix includes tracks with the beats that were played in those days.
