With their 'Hypnos' EP, the Berliner duo Acado join the Kotori Tribe for a wonderfully wonky exploration of time and space, unlocking a transcendent state of hypnosis by way of two mesmerizing originals and a pair of contrasting remixes by Nhii and Timboletti.

Both the title-track 'Hypnos' and its sister cut 'Hera' are low-slung chuggers of the finest calibre. While Acado foster an out-of-body experience guided by deep dub chords and lopsided synths on the latter, their kalimba kiss and neon horn drama lure you into the epicenter of ecstasy on the former. On his masterful rework of 'Hypnos', New Yorker Nhii then ups the tempo and dynamic tension without losing sight of the original's spellbinding core. Meanwhile, Timboletti takes the opposite route on his entrancing 'Morgenglühen & Sektballet' version of 'Hera' – a true ode to that early-morning floor-feeling we all know so well and miss so dearly. With tracks like these, it remains tangible.

Downtempo is a very diverse music genre with many different styles and directions. As always, we want to address all these influences we like with our compilation and bring them under one roof. So there should be something for everyone on this release, whether to chill out on an open air or inside in the fog of the night.

Acts like Aparde, Cinthie, Ben Böhmer, Kalipo, Powel, Acud, Parra For Cuva, Brigade, Rodion or Bongbeck have released on the label managed by Lasse Winkler aka Acud in the last 10 years. It was never too genre specific. Minimal, Melodic Techno, Downtempo, Indie Dance or Alternative Pop were discussed and celebrated among friends. The ten most successful tracks are now being re-released in one compilation.

The Art Of Complaining

Mīmāṃsā is a Sanskrit word that means "reflection" or "critical investigation" and thus refers to a tradition of brahminical thought which reflected on the meanings of certain Vedic texts.

This tradition is also known as Pūrva-Mīmāṃsā because of its focus on the earlier (pūrva) Vedic texts dealing with ritual actions, and similarly as Karma-Mīmāṃsā due to its focus on ritual action (karma)[3]. It is one of six Vedic "affirming" (āstika) schools of Hinduism.

This particular school is known for its philosophical theories on the nature of dharma, based on hermeneutics of the Vedas, especially the Brāḥmanas and Saṃhitas.

The Mīmāṃsā school was foundational and influential for the vedāntic schools, which were also known as Uttara-Mīmāṃsā for their focus on the "later" (uttara) portions of the Vedas, the Upaniṣads. While both "earlier" and "later" Mīmāṃsā investigate the aim of human action, they do so with different attitudes towards the necessity of ritual praxis

Trias#007 celebrates our big boy N!klas. Tom Sue digs out 2 of their classic live tracks and gives them a new rework. Jakob Seidensticker then jumps in with an uptempo, quirky and live feeling remix of 'Arctic Talk'. Shanti Roots & Scheibosan add some new harmonies to the original, which pushes the dark original into a more hopeful space. Peak and Swift rock it with their big breakbeat remix, celebrating good memories of N!klas and Swift's project from the past, 'Breekbaar'. For the second track 'No Worries' Karoshy goes trippy with a dub remix featuring meditative vocal loops: 'Dont wonder the feedback. Keep on rolling on bassline!'
