Info: In a new release series, Defrostatica is thrilled to showcase up-and-coming producers who are inspired by jungle, footwork, juke, and techno to create their own unique sound for the club at 160 beats per minute.

Portway & Slinki's 'Move' builds on a Latin piano before turning into a monster percussion beat, only to change again on the second drop as a big synth releases the tension.

On 'Madder', the Danish duo Hone Sound skillfully weaves atmospheric pads into a perfectly rolling jungle breakbeat.

Juke Joint co-founder Team GB from Manchester flexes his production skills around the serious call to 'Jiggle Like Jello' on a jacked bass line.

This new EP 'Radiance' marks the return of Jabberwocky and the beginning of a new chapter for the duo. Across five tracks, the group offers a progression of songs, from the soft, melodic sounds of Electronica with 'Diskmiss' to the fast-paced, club-ready rhythms of 'Don’t Stop.'
With 'Radiance,' Jabberwocky highlights the influences of British producers while maintaining their signature touch, blending genres at the crossroads of House, Indie Pop, and Electronica, all enhanced by catchy and melodic vocals that the group is known for.

A fresh addition to the Anjunadeep stable, the highly regarded Belgian pairing of Jean Vanesse and Thomas Sohet, aka Spirit Catcher, make a bold entrance with the brilliant "Black Pitch EP". 

Having graced seminal labels 2020Vision, Moodmusic and Freerange over their 10 year career, Spirit Catcher have continued to push a deep, funk-informed groove. Incorporating melodic 80s vibes and modern electronic influences, the "Black Pitch EP" showcases their dynamic sound at its finest. 

Setting the tone perfectly, title track "Black Pitch" comes straight out of the blocks with a dark, immersive baseline, before delicate melodies and rising pads combine for a swirling crescendo - tied together with an infectious vocal hook. 

With hallmarks of a classic house track, "Vintage Point" teases a rising techno-influenced groove and builds to a discordant climax.

Taking things deeper still,  "Miss U Right Now" rounds off the EP. Crisp percussion and a rolling groove lay the foundation for a slow burning jam, complete with hypnotic bass stabs and another spoken word refrain.
