Evitceles has managed to build an impressive musical discography, which spreads over a multitude of electronic genres and is released across the world by labels like Opal Tapes, Yerevan Tapes, AMEK Collective and Strange Therapy. His most recent album Velvet Room just came out in April on Opal Tapes.

This mix includes his own unreleased productions from the last couple of years with plenty of exclusive brand new pieces. Distorted guitars, heavy beats, deep atmospheres and vocals that recall post-industrial and post-punk.

Matti Bye is a renowned film music composer and experimentalist, known for some of the most beautiful and melancholic scores in Swedish (and beyond) cinema the past two decades.

The prolific Swedish pianist and composer has long been associated with Northern Electronics, appearing on well-enumerated compilations and collaboration-rich works. This is the first time he presents his own full-length recording with the label.

‘Between Darkness and White Snow’ captures Bye’s elemental radiance in four vignettes. Recorded on a 1926 Steinway Grand Piano through an EMS Synthi A, ‘Between Darkness and White Snow’ renders the perplexity of polarity with a grave assembly of textural phenomena and lyrical figures. As ephemeral harmonic mazes wilt into subdued distortion, we are left with a tentative invitation to gaze into the pooling material of Bye’s compositions.

Giesse and Big Hands present a live recording of their B2B from the festival CULTO - a Turin-based multidisciplinary event exploring contemporary electronic music, which took place in September 2023.

Thanks to his meticulous and transversal approach, Giesse's sets are linear and well-defined paths: an eclectic exploration that knows no boundaries, which alternates the concise charm of musical minimalism with the percussive and tireless dynamics typical of distant tribal practices; a precise identity imprint, a monolithic style that is difficult to emulate and that leaves no doubts.
