Amusement Park is Grunge-Pop. What the hell does that mean I hear you ask? Well, good question. Amusement Park has that flithy, powerfully riffy guitar and thudding bass that you’d expect from the likes of Nirvana and Queens Of The Stone Age, but has a slightly different focus; snappy melodies and pop-like hooks. Keeping it down and dirty but an injection of catchiness to make you want you to sing along at the top of your lungs but to also get on your feet and dance and with all the energy you’ve got. 

The name is simple. Who doesn’t like Amusement Parks? The band always were fascinated by roller-coasters, haunted houses and clowns when they were kids. The adrenaline buzz before, during and after the ride. The thrill and thirst for more. The contagious atmosphere of the rides that persuades you to try it again and again. That is what they are about; bringing music full of energy and excitement, where you can’t help but sing along or move your feet. Where everyone lets loose, forgets about the day at school or at work and just enjoys themselves, no limits. To Have a dance, have a drink, have fun. No thinking, just doing what you feel like doing. Being a child again.

Live is where they thrive. Energetic and vibrant with one simple goal in mind. To party like its the last god-damn party on the planet!
