"Magic" was one of the first songs I ever wrote. I wrote it on the piano at around age 18 when I was living in a little apartment in the San Francisco Bay Area. Its a message of optimism and celebration of my youth, dedicated to my mother, and "Aunt" Sherilyn.

"My Hair" was originally written as a hip-hop diddy on the piano about a guy who never called me back. Later I learned that his dog and both of his parents had died. Whoops!

"I (F*cking) Miss You" is the product of Facebook stalking. Let's face it, we've all been there. Ya wanna know how your ex is doing and low and behold, according to social media, they are happy and well with some other jerk. Damn them.. This is why I don't f*ck with Facebook anymore.

"Side Chick Strikes Back" is an anthem to those out there who try their best to change themselves for their lover in hopes of stealing their heart and are unsuccessful, or even lose themselves in the process. Don't be the side chick. Its not sustainable. That's my motto.

I finally made the big move from NorCal to Socal, friends, so thanks for the warm welcome. I've been playing piano since I was 17 and recently started playing the guitar. I have written over 200 songs ranging  anywhere from hip-hop to folk to bubblegum punk. A few of my greatest musical influences are Daniel Johnston, Lady Gaga, and Ani DiFranco. I'm a prospective musical theater student and will be starting in the fall. Though I am a jack of all trades, writing and performing my own music is my passion.
