Landing via his own Reecords imprint, the Solid Grooves favourite showcases his electronic and wider influences across his most in-depth body of work to date, with the sixteen-track LP project set for release on 14th April 2024.

“We are all reborn. Every day, week, month, or year. It might be after a workout, after a party, after a relationship, every 7th year. I wanted to create something for my legacy: something that could last forever, so my music could be with any person out there forever. The fact that I have so many friends taking part in this album makes it even more special. ‘Reeborn’ is a resume of adventures, friendships, missed flights, collaborations, and hundreds of hours in my Barcelona studio in Marina. My friend and graphic designer made a special artwork for the label that hadn’t ever been used until now. He said: ‘This is you, Reelow, reborn through the music. We all know art stays forever, and that’s what will represent us, after all’. The ultimate message is, ‘Hey, I have been here!’” - Reelow.

This series will serve as home to assorted @Justin-Martin-music related tracks- new, unreleased, collaborations, remixes & other goodies that have been rumbling in the catacombs of Justin’s hard drive.

Kicking things off for Troves Vol. 1, Justin teams up with west coast hero @LennyKiser for the molten “Rude”. Living up to its name, “Rude” sneaks into your mind inspiring havoc with its hypnotic bells & bellowing plumes of dangerous low end.

On “Dark Matter” SF lifeblood @dj-Galen steps up to the plate to join forces with Justin. Swung-out boppy drums get furnished with razor sharp bass plucks that morph into a searing acid line. This is moody chemistry at its deadliest.

Last but not least, Justin & Galen’s 2010 bomb “Tumbleweed” gets a monumental makeover for 2024. We get the same disorienting piano stabs & tripped out vocal mutations, but with a refined & punchier mix and an updated drum kit that will leave your brain tussling on the floor like a Russian thistle.……and this is only Volume 1!

We’re premiering Body On Point, the title track from Artslaves’ new EP, dropping 18 April via Issues.

Known for their precision-crafted grooves and no-frills approach to club music, the Italian duo deliver a stripped-back, moody roller that’s built for dark rooms and late hours. Body On Point rides a hypnotic pulse, with crisp percussion, low-slung bass, and just the right touch of vocal sampling to keep it hooky without overstepping. It’s subtle, effective, and made to slot into long blends - exactly what Artslaves do best.

The full EP offers three distinct cuts. Alongside the original, Detlef steps in with a remix that adds a quirky bounce and extra low-end movement. Where the original leans shadowy and direct, Detlef’s version goes off-centre - pushing the groove into funkier, rubbery territory while staying locked to the floor.

Final track Change brings it back into that moodier zone but adds something more upfront - a catchy vocal topline and glitchy gradience give it a touch of drama. It’s minimal, but with flair, and rounds off the EP with a club-ready finish.

Artslaves have built a reputation for keeping things clean and functional. Their sound sits between minimal tech, deep house and stripped-back tech house - never overproduced, always focused. Releases on labels like Moan, Deeperfect, and their own Uncage imprint have put them on the radar of DJs who value tools over trends.

Body On Point is no exception. It’s not designed to blow up on playlists. It’s made for DJs who know what to do with a well-built roller.
