When I was a kid growing up in Newfoundland, NTV would regularly run out of commercials and run music videos instead. I rember this song vividly - my eight-year-old interpretation of a creepy, angsty ballad about a bed-wetting mechanic, and the chills that ran up my spine every time I heard it for the remainder of the 80s. In the years since, my analysis has gained nuance but the chilling effect remained. To finish off the album, please enjoy my rendering of Bruce Springsteen's 1985 chart-topper: I'm On Fire.

Keep an ear out for Jaron Freeman-Fox's amazing violin work in addition to Ben's beautiful (as usual) bass and Don picking up the cello. The arrangement is rounded out by Jeff Heisholt, ressurecting Springsteen's classic riff on hammond organ. (The super-cheesy 80s synth was in the shop that day.)
